In this project I worked with Museums Victoria,
a state government entity, to work
alongside the Museum Members team.
This brief requested the
curation an updated contemporary brand
extension of the membership program.
This project paved way for an excellent user research experience, working directly with the clients and their sales research team to develop a contemporary
solution for the members identity, more specifically,
looking closely
at market trends, consumer/ visitor behaviour,
and patterns in acquisition.
